BluPlusPlus Frames Gallery

The XBorder Gallery complements the Preview function available in BluPlusPlus and serves as a repository of frames that can be downloaded and installed in BluPlusPlus.

BPP users are invited to submit their own frame designs for inclusion in the gallery.

Using the Gallery

Beneath each image are 1 or 2 links.

If there is one link, the link is to the .xbp file containing the XBorderFilter properties. In Internet Explorer (PC), clicking on the link will download the file; one can choose to open the file (in Notepad) or save the file. In other browsers, the .xbp file will be displayed by the browser; to download, save the file from the browser’s File menu.

If there are two links, the first link is to the .xbp file containing the XBorderFilter properties. The second link is to a .zip file containing the .xbp file and any necessary image files, as well as a readme.txt file containing installation directions.

Installing downloaded frame files (.xbp files and zipped packages)

Once downloaded to a user’s computer (saving to the desktop is easiest), the .xbp file must be moved to the JAlbum->skins->BluPlusPlus->frames folder. The contents of the images folder (if any), must be moved to the JAlbum->skins->BluPlusPlus->frames->images folder. For help with installation, please contact the authors.

Submitting frames for inclusion in the gallery

To submit a frame for inclusion in the gallery, please zip the .xbp file and use the form below to submit the file. If the frame has required background images, please be sure to include them in the .zip file.
