Customizing BluPlusPlus Albums
There are many ways to customize the look and feel of albums generated by
BluPlusPlus:
- Choose a different BPP-supplied style on the Main
JAlbum window (different skins provide different style choices)
- Choose a different frame type on the BluPlusPlus
Frames tab (and use
the preview feature to see the result)
- Choose options on the JAlbum Main window and/or the JAlbum
Settings-Advanced-General tab (applies to all
skins, not just BPP)
- Choose BPP-specific options on the BluPlusPlus
General tab, the BluPlusPlus
Slide tab, the BluPlusPlus
Index tab, or the BluPlusPlus
Filter Management Tab.
- Create your own custom frames.
- Allow viewers to leave remarks by enabling Viewer
Remarks on the BluPlusPlus
Viewer Remarks tab
- Use a variables.properties file to
specify different values for user variables for different subalbums in
order to customize the look
& feel of your album on a folder-by-folder basis
- Use one or more of the built-in
image filters to convert images to greyscale;
zoom images by a predetermined amount; crop images to a fixed size; or
superimpose text, dropshadow text, and/or watermarks
- Include optional information such as
headers, footers, comments, audio (voice or music) files, and movie
files
- Alter a style (CSS) file or create a new style
file to
change the basic color scheme for a BPP album (requires at least a basic
knowledge
of CSS)

(requires html and/or programming knowledge)
